You can register any company in INDIA It doesn’t mean you are not fraud. Your actions or activity and system of working with your intentions behind decides. So in this it is not clear at all. Think twice before sending anything.

IX global Totally Fraud And Scam !!!
1) international retail Forex Trading in India is illegal.
2 ) In India, trading with currency pairs other than approved by the RBI is an illegal and punishable offense under the FEMA Act. Forex trading in India is legal only through authorized and registered brokers with SEBI. Trading through online brokers is a non- bailable offense in India and has serious legal consequences.
3 ) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) reiterated that any foreign exchange trading outside India by a resident Indian will violate local foreign exchange laws and a person doing such a transaction can be punished under anti-money laundering rules.
4 ) These network marketing schemes are not legal in India under the Direct Selling Guidelines 2016 and Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act 1978 (pdf). The RBI stated that MLM, chain marketing or pyramid structure schemes, promise easy or quick money upon enrolment of members.
5 ) Conditions for Permissible Direct Selling:-
(i) Should be a Direct Selling Entity, having GST No., Income Tax, TDS and other license as may be required as per the law/regulations of its principle place of business.
(ii) Should have bank account with at least one nationalised bank.
(iii) Memorandum of Association should clearly state their nature of business.
(iv) Pay sales incentive at the agreed rate within the agreed period.
(v) Shall display names and Identification numbers of their authorized Direct Sellers in the official websites.
(vi) Should have a consumer grievance cell that should ensure redressal of consumer grievances within 7 days from the date of making such complaints.
(vii) Website should provide space for registering consumer complaints hassle free.
6 . Grievance Redressal Mechanism:-
Every Direct Selling Company must have a complaint redressal mechanism to address any problem of their customers/Direct Sellers.

I Am only helping peoples and making aware about public grievance system no intent to defame anyone so please don’t send just legal notice to make anyone threat.
I have mixed feelings about this.
1) yes we earn money from this but there is a lack of transparency and I doubt if our whole investment get enough exposure
2) All info is with few people and our queries get a very biased response. Which creates further doubts
3) Be careful, only invest which you are ready to risk
