Who is Shahabuddin?
Mohammad Shahabuddin (Born on 10 May 1967) is an Indian politician and former Member of Parliament from the Siwan, Bihar, India. He is a former member of the National Executive Committee of the Janata Dal and the RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal).
Shahabuddin was disqualified from participating in elections following his charges for the kidnapping and disappearance of Chote Lal Gupta, an activist of the CPI (Communist Party of India) Liberation for which he is serving a life sentence.
He was also accused of killing 15 other CPI activists, including the former student leader Chandrashekhar Prasad.
