Shiv Kumar Rathore is a leader in Samajwadi Party and 3 time chairman of the Shamsabad Municipality in Agra. In 2012, he was the Chairman of the Small Scale Industries Corporation.
Shiv Kumar came into politics in 1989. He then became the 1st unopposed councilor from Shamsabad municipality. Then in 1995, he get the post of Chairman Municipality for the first time. His wife Lakshmi Devi became chairman in 2002 after being chairman for 3 consecutive terms.
