For at least the last 10 days, when I attempt to place order online at Walmart.com, I am unable to add items. Once in a while I get lucky and an item is added, but this is not true for 98% of items. I know that Walmart recently changed website, (updated, I guess you’d say). I had absolutely no issues with the old website and truly dislike the new one. I shop for groceries many times throughout a month. Mostly at Walmart, but I can’t even do that (I just now attempted, no success). I have been forced to shop elsewhere; very upsetting. With the holidays quickly approaching, I could use some assistance. If you could provide an email address I’d be happy to send screenshots of exactly I am referring to.

I at first liked the scan and go. Until yesterday, when it would not let me check out, and told me to go to another register. Then, since it wasnt working for me, the card owner and walmart + member, I didnt worry about the screen just showing ike a loading or thinking symbol. So i did what it said and went to another register. Well, the girl that was behind, rang up all her items, and then it was all charged on my account!! Meanwhile, the app still wont work for me! As I tried it again 2 hours later. Yet it allowed a total stranger to charge my account! And when I callled/chatted with the help line to see what the hell happened, their answer was just BS. Saying thanks for the feedback, and that will help the tech team! Nothing about being sorry or even trying to fix my account at all!! Horrible service. And not im about to take my business elsewhere. Truly sad how little they cared and didn’t even try to help. BEWARE OF THIS APP and check your purchase history to make sure your not being taken advantage of too!
I have not been able to keep Walmart.com [not the app] by online to stay open after the less than 1/10 sec that appears then leaves only a blank page with nothing changing…when reloaded or other days/times…
maybe they dont want me to order & pend my $ there ? really ?
I had ordered & rec’d & paid & even had 1 refund from their outside seller in 2020 but this year i am rejected from even seeing what Walmart has to offer ?

I have the same problem today. I called Customer Service and a very nice young man fixed it for me and told me I needed to delete my Walmart App and reinstall it so it will update. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and saw where the young man had fixed my order for pickup tomorrow at 7-8 am as I requested. I’m hoping I have no more problems. May God Bless
