I have ordered 4 items on 05-09-2021 on shopping site hazel_in.myshopify.com and paid Rs.572.00 through PayU gateway and is confirmed by PayU. After this an email message is received from care.hazel1 @ gmail . com cofirming issue of order and its shipment on 05-09-2021. Since then I am searching for AWB number and courier service but no record on site. Further there is no reference of the order on the site. I have tried somany emails but no reply. Please help me to get my money back.
Same is my case. I had ordered for a skatescooter which had a 90% discount tag. I got a confirmation thru email but AWB nor courier details. The tracking menu in their website doesn’t work. None of my mails got any response. I called up their phone number listed in their website. It is not a working number. Finally I got a contact thru google, 8348798582. I spoke to someone who traced the order and said it was cancelled from their end. He asked to download an app “Anydesk” to initiate the refund. Bastard was trying to hack my mobile. I blasted him and cut him off. The Rs 1999 that I had lost, I will take it as if I had given as gift to that ************. I did lodged a complaint with shopify whose platform that f******* are using. I also raised the crime with cybercrime department. I don’t think there would any much progress or they will really investigate. I had informed all my acquitances to stay out of this platform. Bastards.
