On September 25, 2021 at Knotfest in Indianola IA I could not access any internet, I could not access my E-ticket at all! I had to purchase another ticket from someone going into the venue. After the concert I contacted ticketmaster…and NO response! Today March `18, 2022 I am going to Knotfest in Omaha NE. This better not happen again to me today. I DO NOT trust E-tickets at all! I am having trouble logging onto the app. I bought tickets on my lap top, set up an account, transferred some tickets etc. I am using the same log in credentials as I did on my laptop. I have even changed my password on the site to make sure, downloaded and removed app many times. Now, I am totally lost.
