Puneet Issar (born on November 06, 1959) is an Renowned Indian actor, director, writer, producer and dialect coach. He is best known for portraying negative and supporting roles in the Hindi-language films and tv shows.
Issar started his acting career in 1983 with Manmohan Desai’s Coolie film. But gained nationwide recognition for playing Duryodhana in B. R. Chopra’s tv series Mahabharat (1988-1990). After his success with Mahabharat, he starred in many renowned films such as Chandra Mukhi (1993), Prem Shakti (1994), Ram Jaane (1995), Border (1997), Refugee (2000), Krrish (2006), Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008), Ready (2011) etc.
