  1. This 8s my second attempt to leave a comment. I had the app on my phone and set up quick view. Then the log in button stopped working both the main page 9ne and the menu one.. I could only use appnto see my balances. So I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and 5he log in button still doesn’t work and now my quickview balances are unavailable. The app is useless and good for nothing. I have the app on my tablet to do my online banking from home but the app won’t save my quick view settings so to see my balances I have to log in. So I can’t use 5he app for anything on my phone and it doesn’t work properly on my tablet. This app needs some work I leave my tablet at home so I don’t have mobile banking access when I’m out and about. The log in issue has been going on for some time now and I know others are having the same issue and vancity hasn’t addressed the problem yet. I just want 5he same service most customers have access to mobile banking on the go I am very disappointed that this problem hasn’t been fixed yet. I think I will not get to use mobile banking in the near future cus I think Vancity won’t fix the problem. The app sucks
