Restarting your phone

Clear cache

If after restarting the phone the app is not working, you can try clearing the cache. Follow the steps below to do it:

Hold that particular app on the home screen.
A list of options will appear.
From that list, tap an option named app info.
There you will see a storage usage option.
In it, there will be one option to clear the cache.
Tap it and try opening the app.

Clearing data

Before telling you this method, I would like to warn you, that this will delete all your personal data related to that particular app. So make a copy of all data through file manager if you need, before clearing data.

Follow the steps below to clear data:

Hold the app on the home screen.

From that list tap app info.
There you will see a storage usage option.
In it, there will be one option to clear data.
Tap it and try opening the app.

Go to the play store.
Search for your app.
Click on it
Slide down and you will see an option of putting out a review and developer contact.
Write your problem there and someone will surely get back to you. Or
You will see the mail address of the developer. Mail them your problem personally.
