Shine.com is indeed a dubious site. I received a call from a company called “e- job solutions” one day after I had registered. The guy gave me an almost perfect scenario of available jobs available “on an internal basis. direct to HR”. And then as expected , he asked for a money. So T started asking him about his life, where in Bangalore he is placed and how long he is doing this. After answering my viva for 10 min he got fed up I suppose and disconnected. This was his number 8527294444

Shine is a fraud company, i had lost INR 40K for the overseas opportunity.
they don’t have any structured policy, or process, they keep sending payment links and asks us to pay respectively. If you ask any question their reply is very much standard ” Trust us, you are investing on your career which you will get back ,we are here to support your future career”.
they will not even share any probable cost structure for the job opportunities which you will seek their support.

So.. Pls pls.. do take the decision before you invest on Shine and infact on any other job sites.

Shine.com is a Fraud site. They collected from me initially Rs.3000 and committed to getting a job for me.
After receiving the initial payment another person is calling and demanding Rs.5000 and he said he is a customer relationship manager. We will all join together to fight against this fraudulent company.

initially they called as if jobs are available in plenty. companies are not disclosing opening in domain but shine is kept in picture and we will get you placed. told me to pay 3500 and the job will be done. after payment, i received call and mail stating career assesment is to be done for placement. I said good and fine. later, they asked for extra 8000 for processing. my question to them was why it was not informed earlier. however,no reply and cursed me that you will get job after 6 months for not paying 8000. ridiculous and annoyed by their behaviour. playing with others sentiments.

Shine.com is a total fraud company created to fool the people who are seriously looking for a job. Be aware of this and don’t register for this company.

Totally fraud. They will put you in a loop where once you pay a certain amount of money for registration, they will start sending invoices one after another. They started with registration and application highlighter, once I paid they came with employment verification and featured profile followed by education verification and team management training and certification, Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling and so on. Nothing will happen, just pay one after another. And the tricky part is that the way they talk to you, they try to convince you that wihout paying the current invoice, services for the previous invoices would be meaningless. After spending sinificant amount of money, I found myself exactly at the same place where I was before registering my profile!

I agreed. She asked me to do registration first for a 20/- and asked to do immediately, I checked and had put all my card details and waiting for the OTP, then after like 10 min I got a OTP but it is saying for the online purchase of 2k, then the girl said sometimes it will take time, then again received a OTP for registration fees, then I went thr this site and read all the comments and decided not to join.

The Shine job portal is 100% fake and fraudulent. They took 3000 from me, and the next day started asking for more. They should be taken on trial for playing with the hard-earned money of common people. They deserve strict punishment from the concerned authority.
