What we collect on this host
Pages are static files. A typical web server may log IP addresses and user agents for security. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles. The contact form is submitted on this host. We do not keep a member database.

Logs, forms, and what a static host cannot see
A static package has no member database. The contact form opens your own mail client. If you never press send, nothing leaves your device because of us. Server access logs, if a host keeps them, are for abuse control: repeated hits, scanners, and broken bots. They are not a newsletter. We do not sell lists because we do not keep lists.
Search on this site is a GET request to the HTML sitemap. It does not phone a third-party search API. If you type a family member’s name into that box, you are searching titles we already published, not a private index of people. Prefer page titles such as “job fair” or “pension enrolment” instead of personal names.
Stock photographs and public figures
Hero images are licensed stock stored under /media/. They illustrate kitchens, desks, phones, and fields. They are not evidence that a named person attended a camp. We do not use celebrity portraits, watermarks from other publishers, or ministry seals as decoration. If a photograph ever feels too close to a real private life, write to the desk with the URL; we will swap the file.
