These terms cover the use of Cyber Planet as a static set of guides. They are not a government service agreement and they are not medical or financial advice. If a page conflicts with an official portal, the portal wins.
Licence to read
You may read and print pages for personal use. You may not copy the guides into a lookalike domain that pretends to be a ministry, a bank, or this desk. Photographs remain subject to their stock licences; they are not a public-domain dump.
No filing, no diagnosis, no returns
We do not file applications, unlock wallets, or promise outcomes from a scheme, an app, or a kitchen habit. Examples are illustrative. Fictional names and 555 telephone numbers are placeholders.
- Do not rely on a guide as a substitute for a licensed professional.
- Do not scrape the site in a way that impersonates our menu to harvest users.
- Do not paste other people’s documents into the contact form.

Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Cyber Planet is not liable for travel you take because a camp moved, for money you send to a personal UPI, or for an app you install against the steps on the page. The 301 redirects from old .html paths exist to preserve addresses, not to certify that a 2019 rumour is still news.

Redirects from old .html paths are a courtesy for bookmarks. They do not mean we still endorse a 2019 rumour, a cloned lottery APK, or a celebrity net-worth guess. The living titles are the ones in the menu.
If you republish a table or a three-line test, credit Cyber Planet and keep the caution. If you republish a photograph, obey the stock licence. If you scrape the menu to build a lookalike ministry site, that is outside any licence we grant.
What these pages are, and what they are not
News notes help you test a hiring day or a viral clip before you travel. Scheme notes help you match a poster to a portal. Health notes describe kitchen and movement habits without miracle captions. Review notes describe a cash-out test, not a recommendation to install. None of those rooms is a filing counter, a clinic, or a brokerage.
Examples use invented households and 555-style numbers so nobody’s private mailbox is recycled from the archive. Place names such as Pune or a district mela are patterns you can copy, not a promise that a camp is still open this week. Always prefer the live official object: a letterhead, a portal acknowledgement, a labelled packet.
Acceptable use
You may print a guide for a queue. You may share a canonical URL that ends with a slash. You may not wrap our tables in a domain that borrows a ministry mark, a bank lock icon, or this logo in order to collect deposits. You may not use the contact form to send other people’s scans. Abuse of that kind is outside any licence we grant.
Questions about a broken step belong on Contact Us. Questions about cookies and logs belong on the Privacy Policy. A map of indexed addresses lives on the HTML sitemap. The blog holds the longer methods that the short pages assume you have time to finish.
Changes
When this page updates, the date in the top bar and the lastmod in sitemap.xml move with it. Continued use after a visible change is acceptance. If you cannot accept a change, stop using the site. That is the whole mechanism: a static newspaper desk, not a negotiated government contract.
